Hey hey! I’m ErickA 

Born and raised in the Midwest, I've always had a hunger for life—including a serious passion for pizza and spicy food. I might even lick my plate clean; that's just part of who I am! Despite being an athlete through my collegiate years, my diet was far from what you’d expect from a typical athlete. Let’s just say, Taco Bell and I were on a first-name basis, and not in a good way.
Between 2011 and 2014, my life was a series of fitness peaks and dieting valleys. I’d dive into CrossFit with all the energy I could muster, push until burnout, and then slide back into old, unhealthy habits. It was a frustrating cycle that felt endless. I couldn’t find the balance needed to sustain both my physical goals and my love for life.

A Little About Me...

Now, I've turned these personal revelations into a professional mission. 

It took years of what I now know was “trial and error” to understand what worked for me and, importantly, what didn’t. Through each cycle of exercise and every dietary experiment, I learned to take note of what I enjoyed and what felt like a chore. I spent countless hours tweaking recipes in the kitchen, discovering ways to make healthy food exciting without feeling deprived.
Eventually, I cracked it—the code to living a balanced, healthy life without giving up the joys of good food and genuine satisfaction. This breakthrough wasn’t just about finding what worked; it was about creating a lifestyle that felt as good as it tasted.
